Arrangements for CAS AGM – Tuesday 16 March 

Just a short notice to remind everyone that our next UC meeting on Tuesday 16th March is our CAS Annual General Meeting.

This is great time to reflect on our success over what has been an extremely challenging year for all of us and also hear from committee on what we have planned for 2021.

The AGM is also where you get to  elect your new committee for this year and perhaps even volunteer to stand for election yourself.

Due to the uncertainty around COVID restrictions the following contingency plans have been put in place for this years AGM:

If we revert to Level 1 before 16th March we will run the AGM as normal in Room 225 / Ernest Rutherford Building at the UC.

Should COVID restrictions prevent us from accessing the UC on the 16th March then we will  run a normal meeting including guest speaker via Zoom and the AGM will be postponed until our next planned monthly meeting at the UC on 20th April.
