How to Guide: Volunteering for CAS Open Nights / Kidsfest events 

We use iVolunteer for reserving and managing our volunteers for open nights.

If you have never volunteered before .. don’t panic … we will ensure you are fully trained and know what is expected of you and don’t panic even if you are a beginner or think you don’t know enough as we also need people to act as ushers, gate staff and onsite support – so there’s plenty to do for everyone!

Volunteering is very rewarding – so definitely consider helping out.

We run open nights during the winter months:

• Every Friday night (7.30 – 9pm)
• Some mid week events (Tues-Weds normally for private groups)
• Kidsfest in July
• Any out of the ordinary events (Like Mars Week etc)

To volunteer you can add you name to our volunteers list.

Head to our iVolunteer site:

Choose the event you want to volunteer for:

Then choose the date to volunteer on:

Enter your name – email address and then click volunteer:

Click ok

if this is the first time you volunteered it will ask for you to confirm your email address once.

If you need to cancel your attendance follow the link in the email the system sends you:

Click a date you want to amend – you can choose select from the bottom of the screen:
