Kia ora
This months meeting kicks off in Jack Erskine building, room 111, with the New Astronomers session discussing the Caldwell Catalogue at 6:30pm.
After a brief break the main meeting will commence at 8pm with our guest speaker Marcos Van Dam speaking on
“Taking the twinkle out of the stars: adaptive optics on extremely large telescopes”
