Starting a whatsapp group for arranging stuff at the observatory, if you are interested in joining then leave your number down below and you will be added to it.
Reason for this – Easier to organise when heading out to CAS and easier communication if something goes wrong/someone needs help.

if you want to use it to organise a few like mined people to come to the obs please do……. but remember to post in the forum section as well as many don’t wish to use it or don’t have the technical know how to do so 😉

I was going to recommend this to the committee as the official form of contact for those heading out to the observatory; especially at short notice. I found the service to be the most efficient. And that all committee members are on the app. I withdraw that suggestion :). We beginners need all the help we can get so if we notice a more senior astronomer heading out that way we can head out there too. I was also going to recommend a session for app training as well as for some of us they are less intuitive as to how they work.
