Terry RichardsonModeratorYou can make one cheap with a ladder of resistors. you can make it the right diameter for the camera/telescope lens. Can run directly from 12 volts or use an arduino to set variable duty cycle to save power. Mine full blast uses about 1.5 amps.
I can show you how it is constructed if you want.

As above, you could make them, but there are companies that sell them. I have a couple from astrozap. They are a little bit pricey but are well made and have Velcro and a DC plug already fitted
