Joanne WiniataParticipantHi,
We recently signed up with CAS and know only a little about astronomy, though we do have a scope (5″ cassegrain).
We’re thinking of attending your open night on 17th May to use your scopes and talk to members, on the assumption you’ll have more scopes and people available that night. You might be busy, so is this the best thing to do?
How do we obtain tickets for the evening while not paying for them, or do we just show up and talk to someone?
Advice appreciated!
Thanks.

Simon LewisKeymasterHi Joanne
welcome to CAS 🙂
best night would be the members night on 25th when we get more time.
I’d be more than happy to help you out setup – I think your round oxford way??
we could have alook on fri after the public have left but we are quite busy during the evening but after we get time to play – your welcome then too!
No tickets – just come along as your a member
If you come along I’ll sort you either way 🙂
kind regards
Simon
