    What’s Surfacing About Bennu?

    Friday 8 August 3:00PM–4:00PM
Rehua Building 002 (Lectorial), UC Campus

NASA’s OSIRIS REx spacecraft found asteroid Bennu’s surface strewn with boulders that nonetheless
trap heat like fine powder. In this seminar, Brother Guy will explain how laboratory measurements of
CM and CI carbonaceous chondrite meteorites reveal the surprising story behind Bennu’s thermal
    properties.
