Special General Meeting Notice:
As you are aware we have been looking for a new treasurer and have a volunteer!
To officially accept that person into this key role so that our bank will recognise the new Treasuer and inline with our constituition, The committee is calling a Special General Meeting on Tuesday 15th October at 7.45PM.
I will make a call for any nominees in the same way as we do at our AGM and then call for a vote to be taken. This session will be run prior to the start of our main monthly UC meetng so please be a few minutes earlier so we can get this important piece of business concluded and then progress the rest of the meeting as normal.
