Angela ProsserParticipantHi folks!,
I posted 2 weeks ago and can tantilisingly see there were many responses to my post, but every time I try to open any one of the forum topics I get instantly disconnected and have to login in again… I just get caught in a loop, so I haven’t been able to read any of your responses – or anyone else’s posts either! I have emailed in about the login / logout issue but not had a reply.
I obviously still need help with getting everything set up properly, and would really love a little one on one learning session with a friendly neighbour if that’s possible. I’ll put my email address since I won’t be able to read any responses….
Thank-you 🙂

Marc BunyanParticipant…can you try a new browser or incognito/private session – you may need to clear your cookies when this happens.

Neil HeslopParticipantHello,
I have found that when I try to login recently it says password incorrect and sends a verification email to my registered email address. From that email there is a link and it then succeeds. This looks like a sort of 2FA function that has been added recently?

Carol McAlaveyModeratorI’ve been having problems trying to log in as well. Keeps saying my password is incorrect. I also can.t find the link for Stardate SI.

Angela ProsserParticipantThis is almost too exciting as I have finally been able to view this forum…. I’m out of the loop…. at least for the time being. But it seems I’m not the only one having trouble.
I didn’t do anything different, so I can’t tell anyone else what I might have done.. -
