Hi there,

My name is  Mark Winfield and for the past very long time I have enjoyed a fascination of all things in the deep dark sky… As such, and unsurprisingly I have accumulated, swapped and upgraded various bits and pieces for indulging in the obsession. Very sadly and after much deliberation it is finally time for me to bid a very sad farewell to them. I am reaching out to you all to see if either your organization, or perhaps, some of your members within, may have some interest in purchasing some or all of them. I am realistic as to the value of these items and are open to sensible offers

Please let me know if anything below is of interest, I am genuine, the items below have been exceptionally well looked after, they have been my babies ☹… all have lived in an insulated and heated roll of shed. Happy to provide more details and or pictures, just checking for interest at this stage. Items are available for viewing in Timaru.

12” GSO Ritchey Chretien with a Moonlight Focuser, the RC is currently very well collimated and the Focuser has 2 spare motors, courtesy of ChCh astro society

An LED Flat panel big enough to cover the end of the RC for flats.. works very well for purpose

AP900 GTO mount, GTOCP3 and Hand controller

Has a custom 20kg counterweight, and some AP counterweights..
